This is written in plain English on purpose. PastorPrep is currently a waitlist, not a live product. Here is everything we collect and what we do with it.
When you join the waitlist: your email address, the tradition/denomination you select, and (if you choose to share it) your answer to "what's the hardest part of your week?" That's it. We also use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this page (pages viewed, anonymized session recordings, approximate location, device type).
We email you about PastorPrep — roughly once a month, more as we approach launch. Your denomination helps us decide which traditions to build first. Your written answers guide what we build. Nothing else.
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't add you to anyone else's list.
Waitlist data is stored with MailerLite (mailerlite.com), our email provider. Analytics data is held by Google and Microsoft under their respective policies.
Every email has an unsubscribe link — one click, no questions. Want your data deleted entirely? Email hello@pastorprep.com and we'll remove you from MailerLite within a few days and confirm when it's done.
The product itself will have a fuller privacy policy before anyone uploads a sermon — including our commitment that your sermons are never used to train any model. We'll email the waitlist when it's posted.
