Before you start
Will it look exactly like my Publisher file?
Fonts, spacing and other elements may change, and some files cannot be recovered. Review every page before buying. If the result is incomplete or not useful, there is no charge.
Can I download an editable Word document?
This release provides PDF for printing and archiving. It does not provide DOCX or an editable recreation of your original layout. Church staff can optionally bring recovered content into a PastorPrep bulletin design.
Can I use this after Publisher is retired?
Yes. Recovery uses the file itself and does not need your copy of Publisher. Retirement does not erase your saved .pub files. Keep backups of the originals.
How long can I access the result?
Unpurchased previews expire after 7 days. Paid downloads remain available in the same browser for 30 days after purchase. Save your PDF immediately. Temporary outputs are removed after expiry; purchase records remain for billing and support.
Do I have to join PastorPrep?
No. Anyone can preview and purchase a recovery without an account. The church bulletin workspace is an optional next step after your download.
